The $4.7 billion State-Boston Retirement System is seeking an emerging markets debt-local currency manager.

The $4.7 billion State-Boston Retirement System is seeking an emerging markets debt-local currency manager, Pensions & Investments reports. The new manager will be responsible for managing around $65 million for the retirement system.

Interested managers are required to have a minimum of $300 million in assets with a three-year track record and must be pooled or commingled investment vehicles. The retirement board will accept applications from interested candidates latest by July 29, 2011.
