Harford County Public Library Foundation has appointed three new members to its board of directors, Baltimore Sun reports. Timothy Capurso, Pamela Ruff and Elizabeth Hendrix will join the non-profit foundation’s board.

Capurso is a partner in the litigation division of law firm Gordon, Feinblatt, Rothman, Hoffberger & Hollander, while Ruff has acted as executive director of the Maryland Economic Development Association. Hendrix is director for the department of community services for Harford County.
