Acadian Asset Management has appointed Matthew Rothman as director of top-down research, Pensions & Investments reports. Rothman will succeed Charles Wang, who left about a year ago. Rothman will also handle extra portfolio management responsibilities at Acadian. Previously, he was a managing director and head of quantitative equity strategies at Barclays Capital.
