The Singapore Exchange (SGX) has made changes to its board and committee, Mondovisione reports. The SGX has named Jane Diplock as an independent and non-executive director, whereas Euleen Goh and Ho Yee, formerly independent non-executive directors with SGX, will no longer be considered independent. Yee and Goh will be replaced by non-executive directors Liew Leong and Ng Choe, as audit committee members. From July 25, 2011, the committee will also include Lee Yang, an independent non-executive director, and Loh Chye, a non independent non executive director.
