Co-operative Financial Services’ CEO Neville Richardson is stepping down from his role.

Co-operative Financial Services’ CEO Neville Richardson is stepping down from his role, Financial Times reports. Richardson joined Co-operative as part of the group’s acquisition of Britannia Building Society in 2009, where he held the same role.

Barry Tootell, CFO of Co-operative Financial Services, will handle Richardson’s day-to-day responsibilities. Tootell, previously finance director for consumer banking at Lloyds Banking Group, joined the Co-operative Group in 2008, adds What Investment.
