Reyl has completed the acquisition of Solitaire Wealth Management, Reuters reports. The Swiss financial group has not disclosed the financial details of the transaction.
The transaction will allow the buyer to expand its product range and give it a holding in Zurich. It will also let the group to develop a offering of services for U.S. onshore customers.
