Ignis Asset Management has appointed Vestra Wealth’s Mark Holden and restructured its U.K. equity team, Financial Times reports. Holden, a partner at Vestra, will take over the management of the £112 million Ignis U.K. Focus fund later in 2011. In his new role, he will work under Mark Lovett, CIO for equities at Ignis. Ralph Brook-Fox, the current manager of the fund, will be responsible for the £173 million Ignis Balanced Growth fund. Additionally, Bilal Raja has been added to the team.
