State Street Global Advisors (SSgA) is planning to roll out three S&P 1500 exchange- traded funds (ETFs), Index Universe reports. The new funds that will be launched with value, momentum and volatility tilts will track their benchmark indexes through a representative sampling strategy.
The SPDR S&P 1500 Value Tilt ETF will track the S&P 1500 Low Valuation Tilt Index and invest in securities with value characteristics, while the SPDR S&P 1500 Momentum Tilt ETF will be benchmarked against the S&P 1500 Positive Momentum Tilt Index and target stocks with high price momentum. The SPDR S&P 1500 Volatility Tilt ETF will track the S&P 1500 Reduced Volatility Tilt Index and commit to stocks with low volatility.
