Corio has purchased a 75.8% stake in the Saint-Jacques shopping centre in France for €96.4 million.

Corio has purchased a 75.8% stake in the Saint-Jacques shopping centre in France for €96.4 million. The deal comprises a part of the total gross leasable area and all parking units, with the remainder being owned by private co-owners.

The mall is located in Metz in the north east of France. The property consists of 105 different shops spread over three levels. The property investment firm intends to transform the shopping centre into a favorite meeting place.
