Horizons Exchange Traded Funds and its unit AlphaPro Management have combined two of their funds. The Horizons AlphaPro Managed S&P/TSX 60 ETF has been integrated with the Horizons AlphaPro S&P/TSX 60 Equal Weight Index ETF. The unit holders of the Horizons 60 ETF will receive 1.018419 units of the Horizons Equal Weight Index ETF for each of its unit held as on June 30, 2011. The change became effective from June 30, 2011.
