Rock Hill Capital Group has soft closed its second fund. The Rock Hill Capital II was launched in March 2011. The firm targets to raise $150 million for the vehicle.

The fund received investments from high net worth individuals and family investment offices. Rock Hill targets businesses operating in the industrial services, business services and value-added distribution sectors.
