LaSalle Buys Australia’s Trinity Funds

LaSalle Investment Management has acquired Trinity Funds Management for $9.9 million.

LaSalle Investment Management has acquired Trinity Funds Management (TFM) for $9.9 million, Pensions & Investments reports. TFM, an Australian fund manager, was sold by Trinity Group and Clarence Property.

After the deal, TFM’s four funds will be rebranded with LaSalle name. The acquisition ups LaSalle’s Australian assets under management to about A$1.7 billion. All assets under management are as of March 31.
