Greece To Get €3.2B IMF Loan

The International Monetary Fund has approved to award a €3.2 billion loan to Greece.

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has approved to award a €3.2 billion loan to Greece, Bloomberg reports. The loan is part of a €110 billion package jointly offered by the IMF and the European Union.

Eurozone leaders will also release their part of the €12 billion due to be paid to Greece from the initial bailout, adds Reuters. Greece has secured a total of about €17.4 billion from the bailout package till date.
