U.K. private equity group Apax Partners will sell French IT services group Prosodie for €382 million, The Wall Street Journal reports. European IT company Capgemini will acquire Prosodie.
The deal will be financed in cash and is expected to be finalised by the end of next month. Prosodie provides client relationship and prepayment services across multiple channels, including Internet and mobile phones.
