Timberland Investment Resources Europe (TIR Europe) has rolled out a new global forestry portfolio, Financial Times reports. The TIR-Europe Global Forestry fund will concentrate on creating a diversified global portfolio of properties and related assets in Europe, the U.S. and Latin America.
The Luxembourg-registered specialized investment fund will also provide U.K. and European institutional and professional investors with real returns that have minimal correlation with other traditional asset-classes. The portfolio is registered with the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier.
