Northern Trust has appointed industry veteran Peter Sanchez as CEO of Northern Trust Hedge Fund Services. Sanchez is currently global head of business development and client service for Omnium, which will be acquired by Northern Trust.
Prior to Omnium, he served at OpHedge Investment Services as CEO and at Royal Bank of Canada as head of capital markets and prime broker operations. Northern Trust Hedge Fund Services will operate as a division of Northern Trust’s Global Fund Services business.
