Phosagro is seeking to raise about $1 billion in an initial public offering, Reuters reports. The Russian fertilizer group has got a petrochemical firm and a bank as keystone investors for the offering.

Sibur and Bank Rossiya are the two participants in the offering. Sibur is seeking to acquire $100 million worth of stock in the IPO, while Bank Rossiya will invest less than the Russian petrochemical company.
