The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Foundation has elected two new directors to its board, Hollywood Reporter reports. Carolina Lightcap and Madeline Di Nonno will serve the board for the next two years.

Lightcap is president of Disney Channels Worldwide, managing its global kids’ television business. Di Nonno is executive director of the Geena Davis Institute on Gender in Media.
