DONG Energy will sell its stake in the DONG Energy Oil Terminals to Canadian energy infrastructure business Inter Pipeline Fund. The North European energy group will obtain a total of $502 million from the sale.

As a part of the deal, the buyer will obtain all the employees in DONG Energy Oil Terminals. The transaction, which is pending for regulatory approvals, is scheduled to be completed later this year.
