Hermes Buys London Buildings For £76M

Hermes Real Estate Investment Managers has acquired 40-50 Eastbourne Terrace in London.

Hermes Real Estate Investment Managers has acquired 40-50 Eastbourne Terrace in London, Property Week reports. Westlink Global Investments sold the two buildings for £76 million. Hermes purchased the assets on behalf of the British Telecom Pension Scheme. CB&I U.K. is the largest tenant, occupying the whole of 40 Eastbourne Terrace. Franc Warwick advised British Telecom, while Hoffman Partners advised Westlink /Amcorp Group.
