Praedium Group and StarPoint Properties have bought the Parkview Terrace Apartments in Redlands, California, Commercial Real Estate Direct reports. The joint venture acquired the apartment complex for $79 million. The property was previously owned by Equity Residential, a Chicago apartment REIT. New York City-based national real estate investment firm Praedium made the investment via the Praedium Fund VII.
