A rise in commercial mortgage-backed securities issuance is contributing to good investment opportunities in the U.S. commercial real estate market, according to Credit Suisse analysts. The authors of the white paper on the market notes that high property demand and favorable property valuations are also factors giving the U.S. an edge over other commercial real estate markets in Europe, Asia and Latin America, which need to grapple with sovereign debt or inflation concerns, among other issues.
