ICE Trust has launched its Affirmed=Cleared (A=C) service on its ICE Link platform, which will allow clearing of credit default swaps among dealers “within minutes” of execution. Before the launch of the service, interdealer CDS transactions were sourced from the Deposit Trust & Clearing Corp.’s Trade Information Warehouse and cleared on a weekly basis.
