MacKay Shields, a New York Life Investments’ subsidiary, has appointed Edward Ramos as senior managing director and lead portfolio manager for its international equity strategy.
MacKay Shields, a New York Life Investments’ subsidiary, has appointed Edward Ramos as senior managing director and lead portfolio manager for its international equity strategy. Ramos will also oversee the MainStay International Equity Fund and the MainStay VP International Equity Portfolio.
Most recently, Ramos was serving as executive director, lead portfolio manager and head of the global growth team at Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM). Prior to that, he also worked with Brown Capital Management and Templeton Investment Counsel.
