KPCB Adds Partner In Shanghai

Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers has appointed James Huang as a partner in its Shanghai offices.

Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB) has appointed James Huang as a partner in its Shanghai offices. In the new position, Huang will advise on life science investments in China.

Most recently, he was working with life science-focused Vivo Ventures as a managing partner. Previously, Huang served as president of Anesiva, a biopharmaceutical company focused on pain management.
