Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) has hired Henry McVey as managing director and head of global macro and asset allocation. He will be based in New York and help the firm develop its global macro and tactical asset allocation business.
McVey is joining the firm from Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where he held the same position. Prior to this, he was associated with Fortress Investment Group.
