CIBC Mellon has named Rob Ferguson as the sole head of global securities lending and Phil Zywot as head of trading. Robert Chiuch has been appointed as managing director of U.S. equity and corporate securities finance at CIBC Mellon’s parent group BNY Mellon. Previously, Ferguson served as vice president and co-head of global securities lending, while Robert Chiuch served as co-head of global securities lending at CIBC Mellon. Zywot has been serving at the financial services firm since 2004 and has worked in trading, fixed income, domestic equity and international equity lending.
