Swire Properties is seeking to sell Hong Kong shopping mall Festival Walk for over $2.82 billion, The Wall Street Journal reports, citing Sing Tao Daily. The property will be sold to Singapore-based Mapletree Investment.

The mall consists of clothing brands Calvin Klein and Giorgio Armani and department store Marks & Spencer as tenants, adds Bloomberg. Mapletree is a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore state investment firm Temasek Holdings.
