The Pine River Mortgage REIT Index gives a benchmark for investors looking to track the sector performance of publicly traded REITs. The index aims to offer a tool to investors that will allow them to monitor long-term trends in the residential mortgage REIT sector. It uses a customized market capitalization weighted methodology.
