Ziegler Capital Management has acquired Lotsoff Capital Management, investment adviser to the Lotsoff Capital Management Micro Cap Fund, MutualFundWire reports. The transaction was completed on June 10, 2011.
The combined entity is called Ziegler Lotsoff Capital Management. Ziegler Capital CEO Scott Roberts will now serve as CEO of the combined firm. Ziegler Capital Management is supported by private equity firm Rizvi Traverse Management.
