Nordic Capital Eyes €300M Unit Sale

Nordic Capital is planning to sell its payment processing business Point International.

Nordic Capital is planning to sell its payment processing business Point International, Reuters reports. The sale of the company is expected to fetch about €300 million.

JP Morgan has been appointed to manage the sale. Private equity firms, such as Tsys and First Data, along with buyout groups, including Advent, 3i Group, HgCapital and Bridgepoint, may be interested in bidding for Point.
