Meritech Invests $20M In Rally Software

Boulder-based Rally Software Development has raised $20 million in new venture capital. The round was led by late-stage venture capital firm Meritech Capital Partners.

The software development company plans to use the proceeds to boost organic and inorganic growth and for buying other companies, adds Business Journal. California-basedMeritech has previously invested in firms, including Facebook, NetSuite and Salesforce.com.
