MacKay Shields’ managing director and head of international equity team Rupal Bhansali has stepped down from her position, Pensions & Investments reports. She was responsible for managing the $450 million MainStay International Equity portfolio for MacKay Shields. Bhansali is succeeded by Edward Ramos, who is joining MacKay Shields as a senior managing director, head of the international equity team and lead portfolio manager of the MainStay fund. Ramos is coming from Morgan Stanley Investment Management, where he was an executive director, portfolio manager and head of the global growth team.
