Alexander Dyukov, head of Gazprom Neft, is planning to double his stake in the company, Reuters reports. He is likely to increase his holding of 124,000 shares later this year.
Dyukov will take his stake in the company to around 0.005% of the company’s share capital. Gazprom Neft is a Russian crude producer controlled by Gazprom.
