NASDAQ OMX Armenia has named Karen Zakaryan as its new CEO. He previously held the position of deputy CEO of the Armenian Stock Exchange Self-Regulatory Organization from 2002.
Post its acquisition of the company by NASDAQ OMX, Zakaryan was re-appointed in the position of Deputy CEO. He also headed the market services department of the exchange as well as business development department of both the exchange and depository.
