StanChart Offers Online Trading In S’pore

Standard Chartered has rolled out an online trading platform in Singapore.

Standard Chartered has rolled out an online trading platform in Singapore, Reuters reports. The platform will let customers trade shares in 14 exchanges in 10 countries, such as Hong Kong, the U.S. and Japan.

The firm will allow customers to settle their trades in multiple currencies and not charge a minimum commission on small transactions. The U.K. bank previously did not offer stock broking services to retail customers in the city-state.
