New York-based Candlewood Investment Group has appointed Janet Miller as general counsel and COO. The investment advisory firm also recruited A Shaaban as a corporate credit analyst.
Prior to this, Miller served at law firm Sidley Austin, representing corporate clients in various transactions. Shaaban previously worked with Thales Fund Management as a portfolio manager and was responsible for heading the firm’s distressed strategy.
