Required reporting of derivatives trades will be enforced by late 2012 or early 2013, according to Alexander Justham, the U.K.’s Financial Service Authority’s director of markets, reports Reuters.

Justham, who is in charge of derivatives regulation in the U.K., also told a conference that regulators would avoid a “one size fits all” approach to rules governing the industry.
