William Blair Investment Management will acquire macro asset management firm Singer Partners. As per the agreement, Brian Singer, founder and CIO Singer Partners, will join William Blair along with seven of his employees.
Prior to founding the firm, Singer was head of global investment solutions for UBS Global Asset Management. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
