Global alternative asset manager Apollo Global Management has appointed Michael Ducey as director. Ducey has also been added to the board’s audit and conflicts committees.
Previously, he worked as president, CEO and director at Compass Minerals International. Ducey is currently serving as a director and Chairman of the audit committee of Verso Paper, among other firms.
