Argentinean energy company YPF will sell bonds worth about $300 million in July 2011, Reuters reports. The company has already raised about $70 million via debt sale in June 2011.
YPF had filed for a $1 billion global bond program in 2010. The July debt sale will be the company’s first global debt sale since 1999.
