The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEx), has nominated members of its Listing Committee of the Main Board and Growth Enterprise Market. Tobias Brown, Stephen Taylor and Wang Sing have been added to the committee. They will succeed Roy Chen, Jack Chow and Stephen Hunt. The members of the nominating committee included three non-executive members of the HKEx Board, along with the Chairman and two executive directors of the Securities and Futures Commission.
