Simon Property Group is seeking to sell 10 shopping centers for $71.86 million, Commercial Real Estate Direct reports. The portfolio includes the Great Lakes Plaza in the city of Mentor in Ohio, the Ingram Plaza in San Antonio, the Lake Plaza in Waukegan Ill and North Ridge Plaza in Joliet Ill.
Marcus & Millichap has been appointed to market the assets. The properties are a combined 86% leased and national or regional retailers anchor nine of the centers.
