Oil and gas services provider Bumi Armada is planning to raise $700-800 million through an initial public offering (IPO), Bernama reports. The company expects to get regulatory approval to launch the IPO by mid-June 2011. The IPO has been delayed a number of times in the past. The Malaysian company is an offshore support specialist that owns floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) vessels.
