Aby Rosen’s RFR Holding is buying the Paramount Hotel in New York, The Wall Street Journal reports. The firm will pay $275 million for the acquisition.
The property was sold by Walton Street Capital and Highgate Holdings. The joint venture bought the hotel in 2007 for roughly $160 million, adds GlobeSt.
