Deutsche, NYSE To Pay €620M Dividend

Deutsche Boerse and NYSE Euronext have agreed to pay a total of €620 million special dividend to shareholders.

Deutsche Boerse and NYSE Euronext have agreed to pay a total of €620 million special dividend to shareholders, The Wall Street Journal reports. Deutsche Börse shareholders will receive €2 a share, while shareholders of NYSE will receive €0.93, adds Financial Times.

The one-time payment will not be made until their proposed merger closes. The special dividend will be obtained from the capital reserves of the combined entity.
