British Land has completed the acquisition of Grenfell Island, an office complex in Maidenhead, U.K.

British Land has completed the acquisition of Grenfell Island, an office complex in Maidenhead, U.K, The Wall Street Journal reports. The property and investment firm paid a total of £74 million for the acquisition.

The property is currently let to Hutchison 3G U.K. as the U.K. headquarters of Hutchison Whampoa. On the transaction, British Land was represented by Knight Frank, while Lambert Smith Hampton represented the unnamed private seller, adds PropertyEU.
