Realia has sold its stake in Madrid shopping centre La Vaguada, PropertyEU reports. Department store chain El Corte Ingles has acquired the interest for €50 million. Realia owned the stake through its Hermanos Revilla unit. El Corte Ingles occupies about 21% of the entire shopping centre.
