Warburg Pincus is seeking to sell a business aircraft’s software provider, Reuters reports. Camp Systems International is estimated to sell for between $500 million to $600 million.
Credit Suisse has been appointed to advice on the sale. The private equity firm had acquired Camp Systems in 2005 for an undisclosed amount.
