Dubai-based Abraaj Capital is acquiring a controlling stake in Citadel Capital, Bloomberg reports. The private equity firm may appoint Morgan Stanley as an adviser for the planned purchase of the stake in Citadel. Citadel Capital Partners, the main shareholder in Citadel Capital, will appoint Citigroup to advise on the possible transaction. The Egyptian private equity firm is required to provide legal representations and warranties before the sale.
